Course Description:
The course is designed as a refresher for the certified technicians on Teledyne Continental Motors current production piston engines and covers the following subject areas:
General engine theory of operation.
Crankcase Threading
Crankshaft component R & R.
Cylinder R & R.
Fuel Injection System fuel pump adjustment.
A tour of the TCM factory.
100-hour/annual inspection topics
Cylinder borescope inspections.
TCM ignition systems hands-on to include tear down and setting internal timing.
Service bulletin exercises to really get you into using our manuals.

The training course is held right at our factory in Mobile, Alabama. So the entire factory is at your disposal to insure you get the best classroom instructional learning experience.
Tuition for the course is just $750.00 and includes
these Training materials: a student textbook, workbook, and an 11” x 17” foldout diagrams book, A complete set of TCM engine and ignition systems Service Bulletin sets are included. Also included are the pocket-size, ready-reference guides from the Instructional Series for Aviation Technicians.
Students are responsible for their own transportation and lodging costs-including rental car if desired.
