1. Since August 1st 2006, have you purchased a new airplane powered by an engine manufactured by Teledyne Continental Motors?
2. Since August 1st 2006, have you purchased a new or rebuilt engine from Teledyne Continental Motors?
3. Since August 1st, 2006, have you had a cylinder replaced on your engine. Was the cylinder a Genuine Continental TopCare Cylinder?
