FBO Services RegistrationSM
Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) is pleased to invite your organization to apply for membership in the FBO Services Program. As a TCMLINK FBO Services member, you will receive services and benefits that we believe will enhance your customer service abilities. In return, TCM will require that you adhere to the terms of membership, including:
- Serving our mutual customers, and conducting business within the TCMLINK system, with integrity.
- Supporting the sale of Teledyne Continental products and services and supporting the use of the TCMLINK system by training the appropriate sales, service and maintenance personnel at your facility.
- Operating the TCMLINK FBO Services program in accordance with the limitations and restrictions set forth in the membership materials, and employing the TCMLINK electronic network in maintaining and servicing TCM products and services.
- Identifying your facility's membership in the TCMLINK system by displaying a membership crest visible to general customer traffic within your facility.
- Working and communicating with Teledyne Continental Motors in a positive spirit for the continuous improvement of the TCMLINK system for the benefit of our customers and the development of TCMLINK as an efficient business tool.
- Strictly adhering to the restrictions on the use of TCM materials provided to members by TCM through TCMLINK FBO Services as set forth in the TCMLINK FBO Services Membership Agreement.
In order to apply for the Program, you must "Agree" to the terms of this Application for Membership, complete the Membership Profile and "Submit" the profile for review by TCM.
Upon approval of your membership, the membership fee will be charged to the credit card indicated on your profile. After your membership payment is processed, TCM will forward a TCMLINK FBO Services membership kit, which will include a Membership Agreement and a User's Manual. In order to activate your membership, you must sign and return the Membership Agreement. Please review the Membership Agreement and User's Manual carefully at that time, for by accessing the TCMLINK FBO Services program you will be agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Membership Agreement.
